This position blends administrative support with some more technical and strategic elements. The focus is on maintaining strong relationships with brokers, providing training and educational materials, managing workflows, and organizing virtual events for development and growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in sales/mortgage industry.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Encompass preferred.
  • Ability to stay organized while working on multiple projects and tasks.
  • Experience with answering/screening calls and appointment scheduling.
  • Exemplify professionalism and business etiquette.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively train others and communicate clear, concise instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist brokers/clients with access issues, technical support and succeed by providing them with resources, training, and guidance.
  • Develop materials and facilitate training to help brokers understand consumer products and improve efforts.
  • Handle the backend side of things like data collection, client queries, documentation and maintaining records.
  • Ad hoc projects and administrative duties as needed.
