Provides subject matter expertise and leadership for Molina broker channel management activities. Responsible to build an effective and efficient broker channel for assigned geographical region in collaboration with other broker services and sales team members in assigned states. Develops a high functioning, high performing broker network that is strategically aligned with Molina’s mission and values by utilizing a combination of recruitment, mentoring, education, and channel management techniques to ensure brokers meet assigned objectives and enrollment targets. Adheres to ethical sales practices, compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and other regulatory requirements. The role drives Medicare membership and enrollment growth through strategic broker channel management, recruits new general agency (GA)/brokers that are skilled at selling to Molina’s target populations, and in collaboration with agencies/agents, implements a marketing plan to maximize self-generated leads. It ensures agencies comply with established processes, assumes accountability for the broker network's contribution to Molina’s goals, and ensures brokers follow all regulatory guidelines and ethical sales practices. The position also assists in the design and implementation of provider and community-based relationships and growth campaigns, participates in GA/broker trainings, assists with broker ride-alongs and evaluations, and works on territory marketing plans. It involves business development strategies, generating reports on GA performance, acting as a liaison between Molina and various external partners, tracking member and provider issues, and collaborating with community engagement teams to develop sales strategies and generate leads.
