POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Broker is a client-facing role responsible for developing new business opportunities and supporting the execution of commercial real estate transactions. This position is designed for motivated individuals interested in building a career in commercial real estate brokerage through sales, relationship development, and strategic advisory services. Working alongside senior brokers focused on healthcare, life sciences, and corporate occupiers, providing exposure to complex transactions and high-growth industries. The Associate will focus on prospecting, lead generation, market research, and supporting client engagements across the full transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, assisting with real estate strategy and site selection, coordinating property tours, preparing client presentations, and supporting lease negotiations. This role provides hands-on exposure to commercial real estate brokerage and offers the opportunity to develop the sales, negotiation, and advisory skills required to build a successful brokerage career.
