Full time, Monday-Friday. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Support a growing cadence of live and recorded productions, focusing on hands-on studio video production tasks (camera operation, switching, cueing, graphics playback, basic lighting and audio adjustments) to deliver high-quality productions in line with our Team Anywhere ethos. Set up, operate, and strike on-site recording and streaming studio gear (cameras, audio, video switchers, capture, encoders, intercom, monitors) and assist with tests and run-throughs for video productions, broadcasts, and podcasts, contributing to our evolving studio capabilities. Execute day-of-show tasks (load-ins, patching, mic checks, camera positions, recording/streaming starts and stops), develop and follow runbooks to ensure smooth productions. Maintain the studio in ship shape: keep sets, storage and control areas tidy, label and coil cables, manage batteries and media, and perform routine cleaning and resets after sessions. Organize storage and inventory: shelf and case gear properly, track check-in/out, maintain spare kits and consumables, and flag shortages or repairs needed. Travel offsite for location productions as needed. Perform basic equipment upkeep and troubleshooting: update firmware, replace faulty cables and accessories, conduct functional checks, and escalate complex issues as needed. Assist with vendor coordination for on-site and off-site shoots (deliveries, pickups, rentals) and support documentation of setups, signal flow, and daily checklists. Continuously learn and adopt new studio tools and workflows that improve production quality, speed of setup, and overall reliability. Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods during certain tasks. Flexibility to work after hours or on weekends as needed to support critical operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in studio video production, including:
  • Supporting live events, video shoots, and studio productions
  • Setting up, operating, and maintaining cameras, microphones, lighting, and other studio equipment
  • Practical knowledge of audio, video, streaming, and lighting systems used in studio environments
  • Experience developing and following runbooks, checklists, and standard operating procedures to support smooth productions
  • Commitment to maintaining clean and organized studio and storage spaces, including equipment care and inventory tracking
  • Ability to document setups and workflows, and willingness to share knowledge with peers
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experienced and comfortable working with Executives
  • Willingness to attend the SF office daily, with occasional travel as needed
  • Enthusiastic about live streaming, video production, and continuous learning in a technical environment

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (such as CTS, Dante, etc.) are a plus but not required
