A Day in the Life of the Broadband Dispatcher Lead: Provide advanced support for all dispatch-related issues and escalations Assist with daily management of quota Assume dispatch responsibilities in the event of absences or project work Expedite complex scenarios and respond appropriately Learn applicable changes to have current knowledge of company operation procedures Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
5-7 years experience in dispatch or call center environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be located a driveable distance from our Seattle, WA location.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced support for all dispatch-related issues and escalations
Assist with daily management of quota
Assume dispatch responsibilities in the event of absences or project work
Expedite complex scenarios and respond appropriately
Learn applicable changes to have current knowledge of company operation procedures
Other duties as assigned
