About The Position

Briefing Specialist The Opportunity: Implements project setup operations in Deltek Costpoint and Integrify to maximize effectiveness and accuracy. Audits the accuracy of contractual information entered in the system and monitors the operation of the financial systems. Develops solutions to project setup issues and works with systems design to implement new features. Works on problems of varied scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal personnel in own area of expertise. Works with little instruction on day-to-day work, and general instructions on new assignments. Collaborates with client teams, contracts, and internal financial staff to identify and work through complex challenges and provide creative solutions. Works with teams to optimize results against predetermined targets, and shift priorities to meet department and company monthly and quarterly targets. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

Experience with accounts receivable in the government services industry
Experience with using Deltek Costpoint and Excel
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently
Ability to display excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
HS diploma or GED
U.S. citizenship is required

Experience using V-lookup and Pivot Table functions in Excel
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
