This includes an on-site management team, brewpub operations, culinary, and support departments working together. This role requires strong operational expertise, sound independent judgment, and a commitment to developing a high-performing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of brewpub or restaurant leadership experience within a full service, high volume environment.
- Strong financial acumen and comfort in owning results.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with TOAST POS system preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly teams while fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by setting hospitality standards and driving repeat business.
- Oversee daily brewpub operations, including company systems, policies, safety programs, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and operational audits to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
- Own the P&L and drive financial performance through budgeting, labor management, cost controls, payroll oversight, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Partner with Human Resources and Brewpub Operations on company initiatives, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
