We are looking for a Brewer position based in Pottsville, PA at our Mill Creek Brewery. This role will be responsible for meeting all job responsibilities, performance standards, and operational goals safely and efficiently, as directed by the Brewing Manager.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent statement can be added for education level
• Proficiency with computer skills and data entry

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing environment is not necessary but preferred
• Experience with hands on work and mechanical aptitude is preferred

Responsibilities

• Brewing, Fermenting, Aging, and Filtration of Beer
• Assisting with QA Checks
• In place cleaning and sanitizing hoses, vessels, and equipment
• Working independently without supervision to accomplish shift work
• Communicating with all Operations Department Personnel
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed based on production schedule
• Must perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisor
