About The Position

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Host/Hostess is also responsible for delivery of customer service to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.

Requirements

  • must be able to lift 25 pounds

  • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification(s).
  • Must complete all required company training.

  • Responsible for providing superior guest service including but not limited to seating and greeting the guest.
  • Routine manual labor including but not limited to clearing of tables, moving tables and chairs, dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming and simple operation of basic equipment.
  • Takes and serves to-go orders as needed.
  • Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
