About The Position

This job checks for bones and excess fat attached. Removes bones with a knife and pulls off the extra fat with the hand or trims it with the knife. This position is for 2nd Shift (generally from 4:30PM to 2AM). All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history. This facility will not accept applicants that have worked for Tyson Foods more than 3 times. This facility accepts rehires after 365 days. Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal
