•Sales Education Manager responsibilities •Training Program Research and Creation: •Driver of the creation and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, simulations, and e-learning modules, tailored to specific product lines and field-based roles. •Training Delivery: •Owner and manager of logistics and facilitation of training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using adult learning principles and engaging instructional techniques. •Needs Assessment Deployment and Usage: •Collaborate with sales leadership and key stakeholders regularly to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs. •Performance Evaluation: •Track and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback to sales managers for ongoing coaching and refinement of training programs as needed. •Coaching and Mentoring: •Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, supporting their development and performance. •Relationship Building: •Cultivate strong relationships with sales leadership, marketing, and other key stakeholders to align training efforts with overall business objectives. •Industry Knowledge: •Stay current on MedTech and Education industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscapes to ensure training program relevance. •Content Compliance and Relevance: •Ensure training materials are current, accurate, and comply with all regulatory, internal routing and legal requirements, in partnership with Marketing
