Beacon Medical Group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Breast Surgeon to join our growing practices in South Bend & Elkhart Indiana. Our position provides a great opportunity to contribute to the clinical program development and provide clinical care to women across our communities. Breast Surgeon Job SummaryQualifications:

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of post-training clinical experience in breast surgery
Fellowship training in Breast Surgery
Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery or equivalent with fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology
BC/BE in General Surgery
Experience working within a multidisciplinary model, collaborating with medical oncology, radiation oncology, plastic surgery, and radiology
Leadership experience or interest in taking on programmatic or clinical leadership responsibilities
Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teambased healthcare environment
Compassionate, empathic, and a patient-centered approach to care
One clinic day and one OR day in South Bend
One clinic day and one OR day in Elkhart
One day of community outreach and/or administrative work
