About The Position

AdventHealth Medical Group Breast Surgery at Apopka and Winter Garden is seeking a dynamic and experienced board-certified general surgeon with fellowship training in breast surgery to join an extremely busy practice in the Orlando area. This is an employed opportunity through AdventHealth Medical Group. Ideal candidate should demonstrate: Extensive breast surgery experience Fellowship training in breast surgery is required along with experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic setting Strong work ethic and desire to work in a high-volume practice Desire to work in a collegial environment Importance of patient satisfaction Opportunity offers: Block time in the O/R Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Clinic Medical office space located on the hospital campus Marketing support to establish new patient base Business operations support allowing the physician to focus time on patient care Comprehensive benefits package including occurrence-based malpractice, CME allowance/days, paid leave days, 403b retirement plan, life insurance, long term disability, relocation allowance A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care.
