About The Position

Together Women’s Health is expanding women’s imaging services and seeking a fellowship trained Breast Imaging Radiologist – (Temporary or Contract Coverage - Royal Oak, MI) (in women’s imaging, mammography or body). This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a new, state of the art imaging center with advanced technology and a collaborative team of gynecology and radiology professionals committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from a US accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
• Board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Women’s Imaging, Mammography or Body Imaging

Responsibilities

• Interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms
• Perform image-guided biopsies including ultrasound-guided and stereotactic procedures
• Collaborate with Referring physicians to discuss findings and recommendations
• Provide MQSA oversight and advise on imaging protocols, quality standards and safety measures
• Stay up-to-date on advancements in breast imaging technology and workflow optimization
