About The Position

Overview Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Breast Imaging Radiologists to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the Atlanta VA Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Road Decatur, GA 30030. Shift scheduling is generally Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers. Responsibilities Provide onsite breast imaging radiology services to VA patients. Interpret and report on: Mammography Breast ultrasound Breast MRI Perform and/or guide diagnostic breast imaging procedures. Identify, evaluate, and diagnose breast abnormalities, including malignancies. Review imaging orders and next‑day cases as needed (minimum 2 hours daily when required). Provide clinical consultation to referring providers regarding imaging results and care plans. Communicate test results to patients and providers per VHA Directive 1088. Participate in post‑procedure follow‑up and complication management. Document all care in the VA Electronic Health Record (EHR) in compliance with VA policy. Participate in Quality Improvement (QI) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities. Attend required: Quality Improvement Committee meetings (quarterly) Service leadership or staff meetings (monthly or as directed) Complete peer reviews (approximately 4 hours per month). Maintain compliance with: Patient safety standards Infection control requirements Privacy and HIPAA regulations Qualifications Active, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory. Board Certified in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). NPI report printout Active AHA BLS and ACLS Active DEA license Must be able to pass a federal background investigation All candidates must be able to: Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist Lift up to 20 lbs Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance Push/pull with 30 lbs of force All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.

Requirements

  • Active, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
  • Board Certified in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
  • NPI report printout
  • Active AHA BLS and ACLS
  • Active DEA license
  • Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
