Breast Imaging Radiologist – Oklahoma City, OK. - Join a respected, physician-owned private practice Radiology Associates, LLC is a long-standing, well-respected private practice in Oklahoma City, and we’re looking for a Breast Imager to join our team. Our group combines the stability of a mature practice with the energy and forward-thinking mindset of a modern radiology department. Why Radiology Associates? Independent, physician-owned group with nearly 20 partners Subspecialty-trained radiologists across all areas A collaborative, democratic culture with fair distribution of work and call We read for 4 hospitals, a dedicated Breast Center, a Cancer Center, and a Women’s Imaging Center, all within a short drive of each other What We’re Offering Two ways to join the practice: Shareholder Track: ~50% breast imaging + general radiology/call Employed Position: 100% breast imaging, part-time or full-time Shareholder Track: $550,000–$700,000 depending on experience Partnership typically achieved in 12 months Employed Option: $3,000+/day Schedule: 8am–5pm 4 or 4.5 days per week Shareholder call: 6 weekends/year + evening call roughly every 18 days (no overnights — covered by residents/telerads) Procedures you’ll perform: Stereotactic biopsies (upright & supine) Breast ultrasound Localizations (scout reflectors & wire locs) MRI-guided biopsies Technology you’ll work with: 100% 3D Tomosynthesis Hologic units On-site MRI Fuji Synapse PACS | PowerScribe | Epic Compensation & Benefits Additional perks: Fellowship stipends Malpractice with tail (tail provided after 1 year) Health & Dental starting day one Life insurance (50k) 401(k) with profit sharing as partner (after 1 year) LTD & STD (upon partnership) CME assistance (shareholder track) What We’re Looking For Breast Imaging Fellowship or strong breast imaging experience Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology What Makes This a Great Place to Build a Career Radiology Associates is known for its supportive environment and strong sense of partnership.
