Summary of position: The primary purpose of this position is to serve food and beverages to our guests in an efficient and friendly manner to ensure guests satisfaction. Handle food and alcohol in accordance with state and local policies and health standards. Communicate effectively with guests to offer suggestions and complete special requests. This position would be responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet and for maintaining the dining area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
