You and the entire engineering team are responsible for the repair, service, and preventative maintenance of all things within and outside of the hotel building. Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent
Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
Food Handlers Certification required

Responsibilities

Crafts dishes according to standard recipes or guest specifications
Ensures meticulous product storage and precise portion control for each dish
Minimizes spoilage and waste through effective product rotation
Monitors food, produce, and cooking supply levels to facilitate timely reordering
Maintains impeccable cleanliness and functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas
