About The Position

Responsibilities

Provides prompt, courteous service for Residents and guests following Willow Valley standards.
Works in conjunction with other Team Members to insure efficient and timely service.
Completes set-up side work as assigned.
Takes verbal beverage orders at tableside, assembles the beverages on a tray then properly serves them to diners.
Observes diners to respond to requests and clears used dishes throughout the meal service.
Carries trays and bus tubs of dirty dishes to dish room.
Clears and resets tables throughout the duration of the meal for the next group of diners and at the conclusion of the meal for the next meal period.
Completes clean-up side work as assigned.
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning jobs, according to lists and calendars.
Sets up, monitors and cleans up food and supplies for Café service. May operate Cafe’ cash register.
Assembles and delivers box meals to Residents’ apartments.
Sets up, serves and cleans up banquets or special functions, as needed.
Assists in other departments (kitchen and dish room) where/when needed.
Completes tasks required by Daily Sanitation checklist.
