About The Position

Breakfast & Lunch Server AC Hotel | Sacramento, CA Job Type: Full-Time About us Peachtree Group is a privately held, fully integrated real estate investment management, lending, and servicing platform. The company owns, operates, manages, and develops hotels and invests in hotel- and other commercial real estate-related assets throughout the United States. Through its affiliate, Peachtree Group Hospitality Management, Peachtree manages the performance of 100+ hotels across 27 brands with 14,000+ rooms in 26 states. Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic, flexible Food & Beverage professional to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals for our Luxury Lifestyle brand. This position will require opening shifts on some days and mid shifts on other days.

Requirements

  • Food Handlers
  • 1 Year of Serving Experience Required
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old

Nice To Haves

  • Bartending Experience Preferred
  • RBS/ Tips Certificate

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassemble the breakfast spread and ensure that it remains well-stocked at all times.
  • Prepare and serve specialty beverages, including but not limited to: lattes, cappuccinos, matcha, and alcoholic beverages.
  • Greet customers and answer questions.
  • Handle guest requests and accommodate special dietary needs when possible.
  • Provide excellent service by receiving orders from customers, properly placing them using the POS, and clearing tables as needed.
  • Run food from the kitchen to the customers, prepare and serve cocktails, prepare specialty coffee beverages using the Nespresso machine, and clean tables.
  • Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets brand expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house and food preparation areas.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management and food storage.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front of house operations.
  • Keep the breakfast area fully stocked with cleaned and polished glasses, dinnerware, and flatware.
  • Wash and polish dishes every day.
  • Maintain a sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the front areas before and after each meal service.
  • Receive deliveries and stock utilizing the FIFO method when needed.
  • Complete all front of house tasks, including but not limited to: bussing tables, hosting, rolling silverware, setting tables, cleaning and upkeep, any side work, etc.
  • Complete any other tasks given by management.
