Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
• Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
• Food Handler certification
• TABC certification
• Available to work 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly
• P resent s appropriate menus and inform s guests of current specials and promotions
• V erif ies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed
• Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients
• Communicates orders to the kitchen promptly and with accuracy
• Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns
• Collect s used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas
• Prepare to-go orders as needed
• Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the department
• Performs a dditional responsibilities as assigned by l eadership
• Collect payment from all guest (cash, credit cards, coupons, etc.)
