About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Breakfast Cook with in-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will consistently produce high-quality breakfast offerings that meet and exceed guest expectations in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Culinary education and experience in breakfast preparation.
  • Strong understanding of cost control and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with kitchen-related computer systems.
  • Experience in guest interaction and culinary instruction.
  • This individual must be capable of providing clear direction and leadership in the absence of the hourly Sous Chef.
  • Good Communication skills required.
  • Able to work most stations of the kitchen.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull a moderate amount of weight.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 4 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred.
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily food production, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution of breakfast service.
  • Monitoring staffing levels and supporting departmental training initiatives.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
