SAGE Dining Services is seeking a full-time Breakfast Cook. We are looking for a experienced breakfast cook to join our team at a beautiful location atop the Worcester Hills in Worcester, MA. A Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items. We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Cook to join our team, preferably looking for someone who has worked in a corporate dinning setting in the past. Must be able to work independently and be able to maintain focus with the ability to do more then one task at a time. Must be able to cook dinner two nights a week both Sunday and Monday are dinner shifts. Candidate's will possess a strong culinary background and preference will be given to those who have prior Breakfast cooking experience. Working as part of a team and the ability to be flexible is crucial for this role. The ability to read and execute recipes as well as a strong knowledge of food allergies is a must. They work to ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and timely service, often under the supervision of a head chef or kitchen manager. Key duties include preparing breakfast staples like eggs, pancakes, and pastries, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
