About The Position

The Breakfast Cook position at the Sioux Falls Sheraton is a full-time role focused on preparing and cooking breakfast menu items for both restaurant and banquet operations. The role requires consistency and care in recreating dishes, maintaining a clean and well-stocked workstation, and adhering to proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures. The cook is also expected to help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients. Requirements

• Active Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain one shortly after hire)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
• A team-focused, energetic attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
