As a startup kitchen, we are building our culinary culture from the ground up and are seeking dependable, detail-oriented breakfast cooks who take pride in starting each guest’s day with a memorable dining experience. The Breakfast Cook is responsible for executing all morning food service, including breakfast and brunch offerings, with consistency, efficiency, and care. This role is ideal for cooks who enjoy early-morning service, value organization and timing, and understand the importance of hospitality at the start of the guest experience. The Breakfast Cook supports both a-la-carte service and select morning banquet or event functions.
