Requirements
- Experience as a cook (breakfast experience preferred)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality—early mornings are essential
- A positive attitude and a passion for great food
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety guidelines
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality breakfast items quickly and consistently
- Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work efficiently during high-volume rushes
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
