About The Position

Food Service and Presentation: Maintaining Food Presentation: Keeping the buffet area visually appealing and organized by ensuring food is neatly arranged and presented attractively. Replenishing Items: Stocking the buffet with food, beverages, and condiments throughout the service to ensure adequate supplies are available. Assisting Guests: Providing assistance with food selections, explaining menu items, and addressing guest inquiries. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the buffet area clean and tidy by clearing used plates, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring a hygienic environment. Setting Tables: Setting tables with clean linens, silverware, and condiments. Clearing Tables: Removing used dishes and glassware from tables and placing them in designated areas. Other Responsibilities: Greeting Guests: Welcoming guests to the buffet area in a friendly and professional manner. Responding to Guest Needs: Addressing guest requests and concerns in a timely and helpful manner. Reporting Issues: Reporting any issues or concerns regarding food, beverages, or service to the supervisor. Stocking and Refilling: Stocking serving areas with condiments, refills, and other supplies.
