About The Position

Join our professional Food and Beverage Restaurant Team assisting guests in our restaurant outlets! Breakfast Buffet Attendants, also known as Line Runners are responsible for the overall preparation and replenishment of buffets and delivery of condiments and food at our dining outlets. Position anticipated to start late April or early May.

Requirements

  • Minimum six months experience working in a kitchen environment.
  • Knowledgeable in handling kitchen equipment.
  • Some knife skills required for cutting of fresh fruit.
  • Maintain knowledge of buffet food and beverage offerings.
  • Operate and clean related kitchen equipment
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to maximize use of time, resources and technology.
  • Maintains office, employee and company confidentiality at all times.
  • Dependable and meets goals.
  • Exemplifies professional conduct and adherence to company Core Values.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee is occasionally required to taste or smell.
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule.
  • Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, place, turn on, and fill equipment with hot water or ice as necessary.
  • Prepare cut fruit for buffet stations.
  • Fill carts with appropriate food items to transport to buffet stations.
  • Ensure all food is transported, handled, and stored properly.
  • Maintain kitchen transport carts in a clean and sanitary manner.
  • Ensure all food products, both hot and cold, are kept full, clean, and garnished.
  • Maintain buffet line in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
