About The Position

ROLE DESCRIPTION Buffet Attendant/Barista REPORTS TO : Outlet Manager STATUS : Non-Exempt JOB SUMMARY: The breakfast buffet attendant/barista is responsible for preparing and maintaining the breakfast buffet and coffee service area while delivering exceptional guest service. Duties include replenishing buffet items, preparing coffee beverages, delivering room service orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Physical Requirements:  Standing/Walking: Constantly  Crouching (Bend at knees): Frequently  Stooping (Bend at waist): Frequently  Twisting (knees, waist, neck): Constantly  Reaching (overhead/extension): Frequently  Handling/Grasping: Constantly  Pushing/Pulling: Frequently, average weight frequently 30–50 lbs  Lifting/Carrying: Frequently, food pans and beverage containers Working Environment: · Interior of hotel in all areas of hotel.
