Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Set up and replenish breakfast buffet items in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, answering questions and accommodating special requests
- Monitor inventory and report any shortages to management
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
- Clean and sanitize utensils, dishes, and serving equipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
