Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to interact professionally with guests and address their needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to prepare and handle food safely
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with coworkers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or guest demands.
  • Applicants should have flexibility to work weekends & holidays

Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation and Presentation Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items.
  • Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Guest Service Greeting guests warmly and address their questions or needs.
  • Assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions).
  • Cleaning and Maintenance Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations.
  • Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.
  • Inventory and Restocking Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Compliance Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
