In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked breakfast experience for our guests in a fast-paced, newly renovated environment.

Requirements

Previous hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Knowledge of basic food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to obtain any required certifications (e.g., food handler permit)
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Additional language skills a plus

Responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast area according to hotel and brand standards
Prepare and replenish breakfast items, beverages, and supplies throughout service
Ensure food is presented attractively and maintained at proper temperatures
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and storage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen equipment, and storage spaces
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
Address guest questions or concerns promptly and notify management of any issues
Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning and resetting service areas
Adhere to all safety rules, hotel policies, and procedures
Assist other food and beverage team members as needed
