About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Bread Maker / Dough Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of bread production—from mixing and shaping to fermentation and baking—and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of professional baking or dough-making experience preferred
  • Knowledge of bread-making techniques, fermentation, and dough hydration
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow recipes and procedures
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Scale, mix, and prepare doughs according to recipes and production schedules
  • Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking times for quality and consistency
  • Operate and maintain commercial bakery equipment (mixers, sheeters, dividers, proofers, ovens)
  • Portion, shape, and prepare doughs for proofing and baking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
  • Assist with ingredient inventory and storage
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
