Position Description This person will be responsible for assembly and brazing of headers and manifold components. Braze sub-assemblies using various rods and/or braze return bends, headers and subassemblies to coil using coil print. Monitor inventory levels of headers and manifold sub-assemblies.

Requirements

Must be flexible, problem solving oriented, acceptable to change and display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace.
Must have 5 points or More
Brazing experience
Must have high school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Prepare header and manifold components for brazing both on and off line
Braze components using braze torch & braze rod BCUP 5 and Stay-Silv Brazing Flux
Experience in brazing 180 & 360 degree with braze torch
Should be able to braze brass fittings to copper
Able to use various different hand tools
Read blueprints and use simple arithmetic
