Develop and manage customer relations for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting relationships with clients Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email, providing prompt and personalized assistance regarding proposals, orders, shipping information, and inquiries. Collaborate with Prisma Account Executive and clients to strategize and grow their business, offering product recommendations and proposals to meet their specific needs. Attend client meetings to present product ideas and proposals Be a subject matter expert on promotional product offerings and solutions, providing valuable insights and expertise to clients. Coordinate the review and approval of proofs with clients, ensuring the seamless progression of sales orders. Work closely with your Prisma Account Executive to streamline sales order processing and enhance customer experience. As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with a Prisma Account Executive(s), our suppliers and other departments within Prisma. Your coordination, communication and collaboration with these teams will ensure a positive experience for our clients and the Prisma team.
