Your Impact The Brand & Visual Experience Director will define and elevate Accelevation’s visual identity across all marketing, product, and corporate communications. This role blends high-level brand thinking with hands-on execution in video production, motion graphics, advanced layout, and visual storytelling. You will set creative standards for the organization and lead the evolution of our visual presence across web, social, sales materials, product launches, internal communications, and executive presentations. This is not a production-only role. This is a strategic creative leadership role.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years in brand design, creative services, or agency leadership
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
  • Brand systems
  • Motion graphics and video production
  • High-end corporate or B2B visual storytelling
  • Digital-first design execution
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Experience with video production tools (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience elevating brands in growth-stage or industrial/B2B environments preferred
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically

Responsibilities

  • Define and elevate Accelevation’s visual language (typography, color hierarchy, photography style, motion principles, graphic systems)
  • Create a cohesive visual framework across digital, print, social, and video
  • Build brand standards that go beyond logos and fonts - establish tone, visual authority, and consistency
  • Partner with marketing and executive leadership to ensure every outward-facing asset reflects a premium, industry-leading presence
  • Lead concept, shoot, edit, and produce brand-level video content
  • Create product launch videos (SkyBridge, Power portfolio)
  • Develop motion graphics for social, presentations, website, and internal screens
  • Produce executive storytelling videos and culture storytelling pieces
  • Design elevated sales decks and executive presentations
  • Create product launch materials and campaign visuals
  • Develop digital and website imagery in collaboration with web partners
  • Upgrade imagery and storytelling for social channels
  • Elevate the quality of all creative output
  • Mentor and guide the Graphic Designer
  • Establish workflows and quality standards
  • Introduce modern tools and processes for creative production
