About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Success Manager to join our team, focusing on supporting brands in their integration with marketplaces and Do It Best. In this role, you will guide brands through onboarding processes, address growth challenges, optimize advertising strategies, and enhance content performance to drive measurable success. This position is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about e-commerce ecosystems and brand development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, brand management, or marketplace operations.
  • Proven track record in onboarding clients or products to platforms like Amazon or similar marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or platform-specific dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central).
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Google Ads) and content optimization best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to handle diverse brand concerns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a data-driven mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Do It Best or hardware/home improvement retail ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the seamless onboarding of new brands onto marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay) and Do It Best platforms, including setup of seller accounts, product listings, and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and barriers; develop tailored strategies to scale sales, expand market reach, and resolve operational concerns.
  • Collaborate with brands to create and manage advertising campaigns across platforms, leveraging tools like sponsored products, PPC, and retargeting to maximize ROI and visibility.
  • Oversee the creation, optimization, and A/B testing of product content (images, descriptions, videos) to ensure it aligns with platform best practices and boosts conversion rates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brands, conducting regular check-ins, troubleshooting issues, and providing data-driven insights to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Track KPIs such as sales velocity, ad spend efficiency, and content engagement; prepare monthly reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
