About The Position

Manage and execute the Brand strategy and action plan for assigned area/category that aligns with the existing Sheetz Brand positioning from concept to execution by collaborating with key stakeholders to obtain established goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business-related field required
  • 3 years’ brand and project management accountability in a corporate environment in the Retail, Food Service or Consumer Goods Industries required
  • Valid drivers’ license

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing preferred
  • 1 year experience in an Agency relationship – either directly employed or client based preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leverage local market insights and data to create comprehensive Brand plan for new and/or existing markets.
  • Ensure Brand plan objectives and goals have alignment and visibility with impacted departments across the organization.
  • Work with department leadership in the development and execution of Sheetz Brand plan including the deployment of effective messaging and tactics across all external Brand vehicles (advertising, social media, public relations, donations, sponsorships, new store openings etc.) to obtain established goals.
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies that are consulted and contracted for additional brand support.
  • Manage, track and monitor the Brand budget for all Brand efforts and implement cost-saving actions.
  • Monitor project flow with internal team, external agencies and affiliated firms to ensure complete satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Provide continuous communication with key stakeholders pertaining to the project status, budget, KPI’s, and timelines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improved strategic marketing by analyzing Insightz and Data reports and making recommendations for future projects.
  • Evaluate, critique, and provide constructive feedback to the creative team on their creative concept and asset development.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and in professional organizations.
