About The Position

Escalade Sports is looking for a Brand Specialist I to help bring our Table Tennis and Outdoor Games brands to life online. This role supports social media, marketplaces, and influencer initiatives that expand brand reach and ensure a consistent, compelling digital presence across channels. You’ll play a hands-on role in managing community engagement, digital merchandising on Amazon and Wayfair, influencer partnerships, and content accuracy—working closely with our Brand Manager, creative teams, and product partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, influencer or content coordination, or digital merchandising
  • Familiarity with Amazon and Wayfair product merchandising
  • Experience managing social channels such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Salsify, Meta Business Manager, Metricool, Seller/Vendor Central, or similar platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Table tennis or cornhole experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support product setup and maintain accurate, high-quality content for Amazon and Wayfair
  • Lead social media engagement and content calendars across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Build and manage influencer relationships, track deliverables, and measure campaign performance
  • Write and edit product copy, blogs, and creative briefs using SEO insights
  • Organize and maintain product data and assets in Salsify to ensure consistency across channels
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and product teams to align content with brand strategy
  • Monitor competitor activity and social trends to inform future content and engagement ideas
  • Track and report on marketplace and social performance metrics
