About The Position

Escalade Sports is looking for a Brand Specialist I to help grow and elevate our Indoor Games and Darting brands across digital channels. This role focuses on eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives that drive sales, enhance the online customer experience, and strengthen brand presence through owned and paid platforms. You’ll play a hands-on role managing Shopify promotions, Email and SMS campaigns, affiliate programs, SEO-driven content, and performance analytics—working closely with the Associate Brand Manager, as well as brand, product, sales, and creative partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Marketing Services) and affiliate tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO and analytics platforms (GA4, SEMrush, BrightEdge)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage Shopify promotions, Email/SMS campaigns (Klaviyo), review platforms (Yotpo, Bazaarvoice), and promotional calendars
  • Support paid media efforts across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Wayfair, and manage affiliate marketing deliverables
  • Build and optimize site structure, landing pages, and app integrations to improve the customer journey
  • Write clear, engaging, SEO-rich eCommerce content that reflects each brand’s voice
  • Maintain product metadata, Google Merchant Center feeds, and SEO performance
  • Track and analyze performance using GA4, pixel data, and dashboards to inform strategy
  • Partner with brand, product, sales, and creative teams to execute growth initiatives
  • Contribute to reporting and insights shared with the REC team and senior leadership
  • Stay current on eCommerce, SEO, and digital marketing trends to recommend improvements
