About The Position

Daedalus Industrial is a rapidly growing manufacturer of custom electrical control panels and automation solutions serving mission-critical industries including data centers, manufacturing, and logistics. Our team combines engineering expertise with practical execution to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that support our clients' most critical infrastructure. The Brand & Sales Communications Intern will support the Sales and Business Development team by creating content, tools, and communications that drive lead generation, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth. This role bridges marketing, branding, and sales by helping communicate Daedalus Industrial's value proposition to prospective and existing clients. The intern will assist in developing client-facing materials, supporting outbound efforts, and contributing to the company's presence across LinkedIn and other professional channels. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in sales, business development, and strategic communications within a fast-growing industrial and engineering-focused company.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Interest in sales, business development, or industrial/manufacturing industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging.
  • Interest in sales strategy and relationship-building.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems or LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
  • Experience with SEO and website content optimization is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing client-facing materials including proposals, capability statements, and presentations.
  • Support the creation of messaging that clearly communicates Daedalus Industrial's services and differentiators.
  • Help draft follow-up communications, outreach messaging, and client engagement content.
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM data (Pipedrive) and tracking outreach activities.
  • Develop LinkedIn content that supports business development efforts, including project highlights, client success stories, and industry insights.
  • Assist in creating case studies and project summaries that can be used in sales conversations.
  • Support marketing campaigns aligned with key growth initiatives (e.g., data centers, automation solutions).
  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and emerging markets.
  • Support identification of new business opportunities and verticals.
  • Assist in organizing and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in website content updates and SEO
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather technical information for client-facing materials.
  • Support alignment between technical capabilities and sales messaging.
