Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in project management, brand operations, or creative production
  • Strong experience managing brand or campaign work across multiple channels
  • Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
  • Able to operate in ambiguity and bring structure where it doesn’t exist yet
  • Strong communicator who can work across creative, product, and leadership
  • Comfortable moving fast, reprioritizing, and keeping teams aligned under pressure
  • Understand what high-quality creative work looks like-and knows how to protect it

Responsibilities

  • Own timelines, resourcing, and delivery across all brand projects (campaigns, product marketing, social, activations)
  • Translate briefs into clear scopes, milestones, and workflows
  • Partner closely with creative leadership to prioritize work and maintain focus
  • Run day-to-day project operations across internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all outputs by keeping work aligned to the brand system
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies-and fix them
  • Help build a scalable way of working as the team grows
