About The Position

This contract-to-hire role may be filled at the Senior level depending on experience. As a Brand Project Manager, you will oversee the execution and delivery of branding projects, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and meet client expectations. You’ll act as the central coordinator between different developments, aligning resources, tracking progress, and facilitating smooth communication between teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in project management or production role
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, Harvest, Google Suite, Dropbox)

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.
  • Coordinate across teams to secure resources, assign tasks, schedule meetings, and track project progress.
  • Keep project management software updated, ensuring tasks, milestones, and deadlines are accurately tracked.
  • Manage assets/files across multiple projects
  • Responsible for resource management across projects, ensuring team bandwidth is balanced and work is prioritized appropriately to meet project timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, providing clear updates on status, risks, and next steps.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee client billing and project budgets.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements for future execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
