About The Position

As a Brand Marketing Partner at Aria, you’ll help bring the resort’s modern luxury and refined energy to life. In this role, you’ll support various departments including Hotel, Casino and Spa Operations, creating marketing moments that are elevated, memorable, and distinctly Aria. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Activation, you’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure every initiative is aligned, on-brand, and flawlessly executed. Your partnership will strengthen Aria’s brand presence across the property and enhance the guest experience at every touchpoint. Your work will be essential to our mission of owning the guest experience, delivering WOW moments, meaningful connections, and the sophisticated atmosphere Aria is celebrated for.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Three (3) years of prior relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, Events, Media, or a related field within Hospitality and/or Gaming
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high‐level strategy and actionable tactics
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in developing and delivering complex programs and projects with positive, measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Project manage both planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns on-property, overseeing day-to-day campaign development while collaborating closely with marketing COEs and property teams
  • Partner with central marketing teams to create and deliver the necessary creative materials for on-property activations, ensuring all assets are provided according to the brief and undergo thorough quality checks
  • Work alongside the Entertainment and Events teams to manage on-property activations, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy
  • Prepare key materials for the Director in advance of meetings with property vertical leaders and Corporate
  • Conduct weekly audits of website and third-party content, compiling necessary updates from key stakeholders and ensuring all content is 100% accurate and up to date
