About The Position

ALO is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Brand Marketing Operations Intern to support our Marketing team across multiple channels. If you’re a proactive problem solver, a clear and enthusiastic communicator, and someone who’s passionate about the health and wellness space, we want to meet you! In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams including Organic Social, Experiential, Community, Influencer, PR, Retail, Hospitality, and International to help bring brand initiatives to life. This internship is ideal for creative thinkers who are equally comfortable diving into data, organizing workflows, and supporting fast‑moving marketing programs. The ALO Summer Internship Program runs June 8th – July 31st. This is a full‑time (40 hours/week), on‑site internship at our Beverly Hills HQ.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and take initiative to support teams proactively.
  • Passion for the health, wellness, and lifestyle industries.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives, including market research, influencer/event assistance, production support, order processing, and data tracking.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with teams across the Brand Marketing organization to help coordinate deliverables and ensure timely execution.
  • Compile, track, and organize tasks across marketing channels to streamline workflows and support project management.
  • Assist with campaign recaps, competitive analyses, and internal decks or reports as needed.
  • Monitor marketing trends and identify opportunities for the brand across digital and experiential channels.
  • Support overall sample management for product launches, including organizing, preparing, and tracking samples as needed.
