This role blends creativity with business acumen - driving product launches, activation programs, and cohesive communications that inspire consumers and fuel growth. You will be the brand champion and business owner for Revlon Color Cosmetics Eye, responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that elevate the brand, strengthen consumer engagement, and deliver business results, including share growth. This includes leading integrated campaigns, managing retail and eCommerce activations, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
