About The Position

Morgan Properties is seeking a college student to intern with our Brand Marketing department in Victor, NY for the Summer of 2026. Our Brand Marketing Intern will gain experience in a fast-paced environment with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities. This is a paid internship starting on May 18th and ending August 7th. This position is based out of our office in Victor, NY with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. The in-office days are Monday-Thursday, with Friday being the option to work remotely. Assist in development of visual assets for marketing, leasing, and recruitment materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, flyers, presentations, and signage. Support projects that attract prospective residents, promote internal engagement, and enhance employer branding for recruiting new team members. Collaborate with designers, brand, and communication partners to ensure creative work aligns with brand standards, messaging, and project timelines. Help manage design files, updates, and revisions while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world creative environment

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited University or College.
  • Academic standing as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior.
  • Process toward bachelor’s or master’s degrees in communications/Public Relations/Marketing required.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency (emphasizing Excel).
  • Knowledge of CC software: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)
  • Online portfolio showcasing a range of design projects created mainly in InDesign
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography
  • Strong knowledge of current design trends
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and motivated.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a diverse group of talented individuals.
