Timex Group is seeking a social savvy self-starter who anticipates trends, tells compelling stories, and loves to surprise and delight a growing community of consumer watch and jewelry enthusiasts. The Brand Marketing Associate, Social & Influencer will play a key role in managing the Timex Group social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube) and influencer programs, fueling brand awareness, community growth, and cultural relevance. This individual understands platform-specific best practices and can seamlessly blend social content with data-driven insights to optimize performance. This role will be the eyes and ears of our audience, the go-to expert on who they are and what they're talking about and will work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, Customer Service, DTC and Product teams to report on key insights to turn into actionable strategies. This role will be the brands social voice, build meaningful relationships, lead our social calendar, own end-to-end influencer campaigns and contribute to our follower growth and engagement rate KPIs by advocating for our brand and mission.
