About The Position

The Brand Manager owns the customer relationship and commercial health of assigned brand partners at DrinkPAK. This role serves as the primary relationship owner, ensuring exceptional service and execution while acting as the customer’s advocate within the organization. Reporting through the Sales organization, the Brand Manager partners closely with Supply Chain and Operations to deliver commercial performance, support innovation, and build long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales operations, or CPG manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of purchase order management, contracts, and commercial execution
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to deliver customer and financial outcomes
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day customer relationship and commercial performance for assigned brand partners, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate
  • Manage all customer communication, priorities, and issue resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate order intake, purchase order management, forecasting, and delivery schedules in partnership with Supply Chain and Operations
  • Monitor and enforce contract adherence, including pricing, volumes, service levels, and commercial terms
  • Support pricing reviews, contract renewals, and profitability analysis for assigned accounts
  • Partner closely with the Commercialization on new product launches, reformulations, and changes, ensuring alignment to customer timelines and expectations
  • Track and manage key account performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy, OTIF delivery, quality/yield performance, and customer feedback
  • Lead KPI-driven monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers
  • Support customer demand planning and innovation forecasting, ensuring visibility to future growth opportunities
