We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the strategic marketing efforts for our anti-fungal product portfolio targeting both HCPs and consumer audiences. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic, integrated marketing strategy to maximize both HCP adoption (Dermatology and Podiatry) and patient demand (Direct-to-Consumer/DTC). The Product Manager will report to the Executive Director Dermatology Marketing. This role demands a blend of analytical thinking, creative marketing expertise, and cross-functional leadership. You will collaborate closely with internal partners in Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access to ensure commercial excellence and compliance. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record in pharmaceutical brand management and a deep understanding of how to drive adoption and differentiation in competitive therapeutic markets. In this role, you'll own both commercial vision and execution and lead the charge in developing and rolling out compelling marketing campaigns that captivate both healthcare professionals and consumers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pharmaceutical product management, deep understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing mix, and proven success in multi-channel campaign management across professional and consumer segments. Experience in navigating a challenging market access environment and product pull-through is critical.
